Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account details: your email address and display name.
• Learner profiles you create, including any related conditions or medications you choose to enter as communication context.
• Practice data: exercises attempted, words practised, reading sessions, streaks, and rewards.
• Audio recordings you save from speech practice or social scenes, along with their timestamps.
• Custom dictionary words, pictures, and phrases you add.

How it is used

Your data is used only to run the app for you: showing progress, replaying recordings, generating your practice reports, and personalising activities. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Speech processing

When you use pronunciation feedback, the short audio clip is sent to a speech-to-text service so it can be compared with the target word. The clip is used to produce that feedback and is not used to train models by us.

Children's data

Accounts are intended for adults — parents, caregivers, teachers, or clinicians — who may create learner profiles for children they are responsible for. Only add information about a child if you have the right to do so.

Sharing

Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it. Report share links are read-only, tied to a single token, and can be revoked at any time from your settings.

Your controls

You can export everything as a PDF report or JSON backup from Settings, and you can delete learners, recordings, and custom words at any time. Settings also has a self-serve “Delete my account” option that removes your account and every record tied to it.
