Using the app

Say & Spell is a practice companion for speech, reading, and spelling. You may use it for personal, family, classroom, or clinical practice support. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Not medical care

The app does not diagnose speech, language, or medical conditions, does not prescribe or recommend medication, and is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified professional. Any conditions or medications you record are stored only as communication context for the people supporting a learner.

Content you add

You keep ownership of the words, pictures, and recordings you add. You grant us only the permission needed to store and show that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share a report with. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content about another person without their consent or your authority as their caregiver.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or learner data.
• Do not upload harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Do not disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running smoothly, but it is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed as the app develops. Keep your own backup by exporting your data from Settings.

Ending your use

You can stop using Say & Spell at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
